Argentina shone in Berlin

tango.jpgThe presence of Argentina in the ITB Berlin, had a great impact at the international level.
The proposal of the country was very innovative and captures the attention of visitors and other exhibitors.
Among the actions that took place on this occasion, on the stand Argentine audiovisual
projections were made all destinations in the country, special Tango, Wines and the
International Festival of Ushuaia. The proposal also included live shows tango and chamamé.
The latter, not as traditional as the tango shows, drew the attention of the public, which

Waterfalls and mesopotamia region prepare for Easter

Being a busy destination in all seasons, but primarily on Easter, Iguazu Falls, Misiones, will have a special offer. By decision of the authorities of the National Parks Administration, visitors for the second consecutive time the Iguazu National Park paid 50 per cent of the entry.

A new record of tourists are expected in Buenos Aires province for Easter

More than half of the tourists in the country will pass through the province of Buenos Aires in a very special Easter, which is backing the holiday on March 24.

Already treading these mini vacation, it is expected an influx close to a million people in the various tourist destinations in the province, being Tandil and Mar del Plata, the two most elected, the first with full occupancy in hotels, inns and campgrounds.Mar del Plata has almost 90% of hotel reservations already made. In the case of Tandil, the occupation is already 100%. The same is true in Sierra de la Ventana, particularly in Villa window, near prepared for rest and riding in the mountains.Other cities in the Atlantic Coast as Sea Pampas also proved very attractive these days, showing a greater than 90% occupancy in cabins and aparts (see apartments for rent Buenos Aires).

Health and Medical Tourism is increasing in Argentina

fot34.jpgAccording to the NuWire Investment group, Argentina has been cited a lot as one of the best spots for US medical tourism. Though medical tourism is not a new phenomenon, it is gaining steam due to increasing US medical costs and elective procedures which are not typically covered by insurance companies.

Cosmetic and dental surgeries appear to be the most popular procedures sought in South American countries such as Argentina. Some procedures reportedly cost up to 75% less than they would in the US. And as long as the costs in the US remain high, the demand will still exist. The only caveat is a willingness to travel up to 6,000 miles for the procedure. Leer Mas

Carlos Paz, a mountain city really alive.

Every summer, Villa Carlos Paz becomes one of the most important tourism destinations in the country. This unique city is the gateway to the Punilla Valley -one of the most important tourist areas of Cordoba-.
