Amboy is located in a zone that keeps very old testimonies from the native occupation and the arrival of the Spanish conquerors. After the foundation of Cordova in 1573, Spanish expeditions arrive at their earth that on the back of horse and opening footpaths, crossed the territory with the purpose of conquering and installing slugs in the dominions conquered for Spain.
